Between Strands follows a young woman in the UK navigating the loss of her grandmother in Taiwan. Through brushing hair, playing childhood games, recalling village stories, shadow play, and live East Asian music, small gestures become threads that connect generations. She discovers that her grandmother has never truly left her — hair becomes a living link between past and present.
