How To Stop Worrying and Love Yourself
A one act tragi-comedy about a man trying to come to terms with the loss of his brother. The action is set on Dartmoor on New Year's Eve, with Tom Lynam playing the part of Nigel.

The piece touches upon the themes of death and grief, with Nigel going through various stages of reminiscence, childhood antics, emotional trauma, philosophical soul-searching, and, finally, closure; or, at least, some form of it! This piece contains references to both child sexual abuse, and suicide.

The piece is designed as a springboard for further discussion, and as a way to reassure people who have experienced mental health issues that they are not alone.

The performer, at times, embodies different animals, as well as performing song-and-dance routines!
