Originally written in 2019, the show has been extended and rewritten with the Olympic, Paralympic and football stadium spirit In line with Paris 2024.
The show explores , intergenerational intersectionality, heritage, family and the life challenges loss, trauma hardship and self discovery.
Using spoken word, voice and sound, sounds in honour of the archival heritage of the Black British musicians who inspired her.The show also features original music and accompanying performance from singer song-writer and educator Jules Phoenix.
This dry, comedy-drama is for anyone on the margins feeling disaffected or excluded. The shows includes a relaxed improvised element of audience participation.
The show is specifically aimed at Midlife women, Older families with children aged 16+ and members who are either neurodivergent, queer and /or black.
